How does the goal calendar work?

Parents schedule goals from the Parent Settings panel (PIN protected) — choose every day, weekdays only, weekends only, or pick custom days. Kids see everything on a real calendar and check off goals as they complete them.

Can goals be different on weekends?

Yes! You can set entirely separate goals for weekdays vs. weekends, or pick specific days like 'every Tuesday and Thursday.' Great for things like sports practice or extra chores on days off school.

What if my child doesn't hit the point goal?

No worries — you can adjust the monthly point goal anytime from Parent Settings. If points aren't reached by month's end, we'll hold the shipment and try again next month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel any time before your next billing date — no fees, no questions, no hassle.

When does my box arrive?

Boxes ship on the 1st of each month (assuming the point goal is met) and arrive in 3–5 business days. You'll get a tracking email so you can watch it travel to your door!

Are the toys safe?

Every item meets or exceeds US toy safety standards (ASTM F963). We personally review every product before it goes in a box.
